Alhamdulillah… It’s there – up… and almost done. With its due-date to 100% completion drawing near, I must say, the stunning 2 1/2 storey corner lot villa (which I’d prefer to describe it as 3-storey la kan, easier lah… ) will be the ultimate gift for myself for the year 2008!!!

Again, I would feel the freedom and comfort of having my own place; but this time around, Akak dinch la duduk kat apartment condo bagai; for this time around, investmentnye kuhumbankan sepenuhnya for this corner lot heaven, at Taman Seri Tunku… Alor Star. Best dan untungnye Akak sebab got corner lot, sebab corner lot jer yang ade 2 1/2 feeling2 3 storey – kalau middle lot, mrasalah confirm 2 storey ONLY. Jadi syukur Alhamdulillah Akak managed NOT to get the middle lot. Mrasalah $$$ pung UP la siket kan for corner lot. But believe me u ols,… it is worth every penny and dime for the bloody corner lot! PUAS HATI ok! Puas sangats! Like, haiii – I get to smile tgk my corner lot. Owh, and most of all, corner lot paling depan yang hampir dengan entrance/ pondok pengawal. Idok la orang poning2 nak carik umah kiew nantiew, kan? Hiks!

Another advantage of having the corner lot – the garden. Notice tak ala ala longkangan perparitan kolamans biriew itiew? It’s surrounding the whole house ok!
So with what Akak humbankan (duit ler! Segala duit duit kekumpulans menang Ratu Ratuans. OPS!), mrasalah I get 1st floor living room, kalau turun ke bawah sikit, kire underground floor ler, basement – ado guestroom, ado study room and bathroom/ toilet one attached to the guestroom, and the other one just outside from the study room. Then Akak get 2nd floor ala ala main bedroom, the masterbedroom with walk-in closet bagai sampai ke bathroom yang sangatlah malatop! Owh but in between main floor and 2nd floor – mrasalah ado floor tgh2 tu for dining hall and wet and dry kitchen, as well as a bedroom for the maids (masalahnye, ADO ke maids!? Hurmmm)… And then naik lagi dari the 2nd floor dari my masterbedroom itiew, mrasalah ado lagi 2 bedrooms which I think I’ll only be needing one bedroom sajork. Coz the other bedroom tu, I’ll turn it into something useful katanya… like, I don’t know, prolly, playroom? Hiks! PLAY WHAT!? Die la rumah tompangan! Hiks!

The living room
With a total of 5 bedrooms (inclusive 1 bedroom for maids I guess kat luar wet-kitchen area itiew), 6 bathrooms/ toilets, a study-room, 2 spacious halls for living and dining, a corner lot garden (which Akak rase ini lah advantagenye beli corner lot – ado garden. Tapi, macam la Akak nak berkebun garden bagai pun, kan? Maybe I’ll grab some orchids from BBD and BBM’s collection – mati la aku kena tempeleng! Hahahaha…!) and above all, the house is bagaikan floating sebab dikelilingi kolam lite2 dalamnye and infact, bols letak ikan ikan emas ke ape ke, kan? – Ha, all these, plus the perfectly designed windows yang agak2 bagaikan bay-windows itiew, yang merupakan faktor utama membuatkan Akak tertarik hatiew dengan rumah “Modern ‘Kampong’ Living” iniew… haaa, semuanya, for a price yang susah nak ditandingi… Like, the location is sangatlah stratigik yer, tak terlalu jauh from Bandaraya A/S, and tidaklah terlalu dekat dek bagaikan dalam Bandaraya itiew itself, nearby to the new airport bagai, and tidak jauh juger kukatakan dari rumah BBD and BBM where am currently residing iniew… plus, yer, PLUS… NO NO bukan dekat dengan PLUS highway lah! Hish! Yang Akak cuba sampaikan ialah,… ha… Villa Akak di Taman Seri Tunku iniew, berlokasinya di kawasan beralamat sangat berprestij yer, di Bandaraya Di-Raja Alor Star; why? Because it’s near like less then 5 minutes walk from Istana Anak Bukit… Haaa… korang tak nangis? Ala ala berneighborans dengan HRH The Sultan of Kedah! Tak nangis lagi!? Ha, nangis lah kepada iniew – Istana itiew ado new gate MYR40,000.00 yer!!! Maka, geranddd sangats yaamats la alamats rumah kiew nantiews…

Still nak tahu harganye? Dinch lah Akak citer. Kang kater Akak riak takbur taksub bagai nak menunjuk2. Cukup2 lah Akak kompangkan pasal my new place nih besertakan pics2 yang disediakan. Kalau nak know more, mrasalah call developer, yer? But it was worth paying for, perahan peluh Akak bekerja bagai, with BBD supporting this investment bagai… Akak girangs lah! And that’s why Akak sharing2 ngan u ols semua iniew…

Oklah – kalau nak diketahui juger, Akak quote dari developer’s pamphlet duliew itiew…

… Katanye la kan. Hiks! Tapi bab corner lot 2 1/2 storey, tak perlu la dikompang kamping kempongkan lagik. Tak cukup2 ke Akak kompangankans? Kalau tak cukup, nah, nengok gegambarans iniew!!!
